NMR relaxation data and MD simulations were combined to decipher the role of slow dynamics in the wild-type and 3 oncogenic P-loop mutants of K-Ras: a 2-state conformational exchange (ms timescale) model was established for both the GDP and GTP-bound forms of K-Ras.
